The Story Museum is looking for an unflappable hands-on Visitor Services Manager to join our Front of House team. The postholder will provide a first class visitor service ensuring all our visitors enjoy a warm welcome and a great experience. Our Visitor Services Managers coordinate all the day-to-day activities in the Museum, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the visitor experience and liaising with other departments to support their programmes and events. No two days are the same and they’re usually fun and eventful.

Salary: £24,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Weekend and evening work will be required to support booked events, for which time off in lieu will be given
