We are seeking a producer for Offbeat, Oxford’s festival of new work which takes place at the Old Fire Station and Oxford Playhouse. You will lead on programming the festival, handle logistics and contracts, recruit production assistance as needed, and oversee both festivals.

Offbeat 2023 takes place 15 - 17 June. Offbeat 2023 will take place Thursday 15 – Saturday 17 June. It will be a short three-day festival packed with great art. While preparing for 2023, the Producer will lead on working with community partners across the city for the redevelopment and relaunch of the festival for 2024.

Fee: £12,500 for freelance work February 2023 - September 2024. This is costed as 50 days at £250 per day (15 days for the 2023 festival, 30 for the 2024 festival and 5 for intermediary planning)
