The Watermill Theatre is looking to appoint an experienced and driven fundraiser as Development Director. This individual will play a central role in establishing and embedding a fundraising culture across the organisation and lead the strategic planning and delivery of our fundraising, to support the artistic programme and participatory activity that we deliver for audiences and communities across Berkshire and beyond.

Salary: £40,000 p/a
