The Watermill Theatre are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casting and Producing assistant to be part of their team.

The Casting and Producing assistant coordinates the casting process for all of the Watermill’s productions. Liaising with agents, actors, creatives and external producers, this role ensures effective internal and external communication, delivery to deadlines and the fulfilment of project and organisational aims throughout the casting and producing process.

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
