The Oxford School of Drama is looking for a creative and motivational individual to lead its Foundation Course.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to lead this rewarding and popular six month course. The course gives young people the opportunity to develop their creativity through a range of technical and practical skills development and performance experiences. It is a life-changing experience for many students, introducing them to vocational acting training and developing their confidence as performers and in life. Many graduates of the Course have gone on to train at Oxford and other leading UK Drama Schools.
The Head of Foundation Course will take an important role at the School in supporting the development of new and emerging teachers/practitioners. The role will also take the lead on devising the Outreach programme for the School and they will contribute to a short course programme.

The Head of Foundation Course will work as part of the Senior Management Team to lead the strategic development and management of the School and they will work closely with the leads on all the courses to create an integrated curriculum across the School’s core courses.
