Senior Development Officer

The Watermill Theatre has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Officer to join its very busy Development Department.
The Development Department is a small team of just two people and are charged with raising in excess of £500,000 each year. We undertake a range of fundraising activities which support every aspect of the theatre’s ambition including its artistic programme, education and outreach work and capital projects. This new role requires a fundraiser with demonstrable experience who will become an integral part of the department. The successful applicant will deliver results, contribute to the theatre’s future growth, and will add value to the organisation and our overall financial success.
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
