We need someone with recent experience of site management, buildings and grounds maintenance, who can monitor the work of external contractors and assist curatorial staff with exhibition installation and small practical tasks. The successful candidate will also play a key part in the site's Health and Safety management system.

Experience of working in historic buildings would be an advantage, as would a proven interest in museums and heritage.

The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is an essential requirement of the role, as is being a confident user of Microsoft Office packages The successful candidate will ideally live within a 12-mile radius distance of Woodstock as they will be a dedicated key holder for the Museum and may be required to attend site in the event of an emergency call out. The role also involves some weekend and out of hours working.
