Cowley Road Carnival will be different this year. We are encouraging communities to organise their own street parties, and for individuals and businesses to decorate their homes and business premises as 'House Floats'. These decorated premises will become part of the Carnival trail for people to look at and enjoy for Mother Earth Carnival @ Home '21.

We are looking for artists who specialise in large scale decorative arts to celebrate our Mother Earth theme using recycled and recyclable materials whenever possible.
