This new full time role has been created to help Oxford Lieder at a time of exciting expansion in all areas of our work. The Membership and Development Director will play a vital role leading our fundraising strategy, developing Oxford Lieder’s supporter base and fostering relationships with key donors. They will also have shared oversight - together with the Artistic Director - of our grant applications, which are written by the Trusts and Grants Consultant, and will help develop a legacy giving strategy. They will be a passionate advocate for Oxford Lieder and a committed member of the team. It is envisaged that the post-holder will reside within an easily commutable distance for weekly team meetings in Oxford and regular donor meetings in Oxford, London and the South East more generally. The post-holder will work from home and/or the Oxford Lieder Oxford office as best suits.
