This is an exciting opportunity for highly organised venue manager to work at Cornerstone Arts Centre, a beautifully modern, multi-disciplinary arts centre in Didcot, South Oxfordshire. We are looking for a venue manager to ensure that Cornerstone delivers a high level of customer service and professionalism. They will run a motivated, efficient and highly professional front of house operation that aligns with the values and ambitions of the business and be responsible for the co-ordination of operations between all departments ensuring excellent communication between colleagues notably in box office, technical and catering. The role will play a key role in delivering the hires operation, building management and health and safety, including training. The venue manager will act as a regular duty manager working on a shift basis which will include evenings and weekends with the duty management team.
Please note that previous front of house management experience is essential

This is a full time post on a permanent contract, working 37 hours a week. This post is a grade 5 post with a full time starting salary of £29687.
