Prime Theatre is looking for an ambitious, creative and organised Associate Director to support its work with children and young people. This role will work with the Artistic Director to further develop Prime’s artistic policy - including talent development, programming and community engagement. The Associate Director has responsibility for managing and developing Prime Youth Theatre and projects in schools and community groups. Applications are particularly encouraged from under represented groups and those with British Sign Language.

Salary: £20-27k per year (dependent on experience & skills)
Contract: 2 years (with potential for extension)
Location: Swindon

Prime is a member of the Arts Council England National Portfolio and has been making ground-breaking work for children and young people since 1986 from its base at the Wyvern Theatre. We tour productions across the UK and beyond to theatres and schools. This exciting artistic and management role has leadership responsibility for Prime Youth Theatre alongside other school and community projects. Working as part of successful small team, you will also contribute to Prime's professional productions and have scope for your own projects.
