Oxford Playhouse are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Front of House role and 2 years of duty management experience, capable of leading the Front of House team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our visitors.

As Front of House Manager you will deliver a welcoming service to all users of Oxford Playhouse activities as well as leading and developing Oxford Playhouse customer service policy. You will work with the Front of House team, Burton Taylor Studio Manager, Ticket Office and Stage Door team to ensure a high level of customer service and safety.

You will also provide Line Management to all Front of House staff and volunteers including recruitment within guidelines of The Oxford Playhouse equal opportunities policy, undertaking appraisals and reviews, scheduling shifts, monitoring and scheduling leave, whilst identifying training requirements to the Finance and Admin Director.
