Salary / Fee:
£20-25 per hour for a flexible 7-14 hours a week
Closing Date:
Wednesday, 6 February, 2019

The Chipping Norton Theatre is a restlessly busy and ambitious theatre and arts centre in the Cotswolds. Welcoming over 50,000 people every year in a town of little over 6,000, The Theatre delivers a year-round programme of theatre, comedy, music, film and participatory activities for audiences across the region. More recently, we have grown as a producing house, creating three major productions each year and growing a stronger and more loyal audience as a result. It is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of an ambitious and creative team in a beautiful theatre in a beautiful part of the world.

We live in a community with pockets of reasonably wealthy residents, some of whom are already generous supporters of The Theatre and its work. We are looking to expand our connections beyond our existing address book, and provide a more attractive, eye-catching offer for existing and new major donors. This is a chance for an ambitious and skilled major donor fundraiser to make their mark on The Theatre’s future by developing an under-utilised potential. The role works alongside the Head of Fundraising (3.5 days a week) and reports to the Director. We are looking for someone to work approximately 7-14 hours a week which can be based at The Theatre or at home, and we are ideally looking for someone who is established in our local area already.

Closing date: 6 Feb 2019 at 10:00
Fee: £20-25 per hour dependant on experience
