The New Theare Oxford os looking for an exceptional and experienced Technical Operations Manager

The New Theatre is situated in the vibrant and historic City of Oxford, and has been the home of variety for over 100 years. The current theatre was opened in 1934 and incorporates a stage revolve and retains its art deco interior.　 With a capacity of 1785, the theatre plays host to leading opera and ballet companies, West End musicals, contemporary dance and sell-out pop and rock concerts. This planned season includes Jersey Boys, Kinky Boots, Nativity the Musical, Dr Dolittle and Welsh National Opera.

The Technical Operations Manager is a newly enhanced role that will provide leadership and support to the technical, maintenance and backstage operations at the New Theatre. As a member of Senior Management the Technical Operations Manager will join a team with a renewed focus to re-establish the New Theatre’s position in the cultural and entertainment community of Oxford and the wider region.
