• Do you have imagination and a good sense of fun?

Oxfordshire charity Bookfeast is currently looking for a number of volunteers to help as Lunchboox Club Leaders at Oxfordshire primary schools from September 2018. The role involves leading a reading group for children aged 9-11 years in a school setting. Sessions last 35 minutes, usually at lunchtime, and the clubs run for 7 sessions per major term (ie 21 sessions per year). You will need to read two selected books per term alongside the children and plan book-related activities to make the sessions engaging and fun.
If you are interested and can spare around two hours per week for 7 weeks in every term please contact us. Volunteer training, DBS check and full ongoing support is provided by Bookfeast.
