With a BLF Reaching Communities Grant, AOFS seeks to appoint to the post of Participation Coordinator. Your strong belief in the relevance of the Arts in creating strong communities and increasing resilience in otherwise vulnerable people will be vital to this project. Your ability to organise complex projects across different partners and superb data organisation skills will help us to deepen our engagement with homeless and vulnerably housed groups, as well as increase the diversity of our volunteers and increase their commitment to us.
