This course is an introduction to a range of 3D Design specialisms. Via projects within Design, such as drawing for 3D Design, Architecture, Theatre Set Design, Character and Model making and the Applied Arts, it will offer breadth to a 2D portfolio.

This course is suitable for both those just starting to become interested in 3D Design and those who simply want to expand their practical knowledge of this specialism and its techniques.

Participants will be instructed in how to hand render 3D drawings and think three dimensionally when designing. You will explore scale and model making with a range of materials and techniques and finally work on a 3D design project, of your choice, creating drawn work and final models of your designs.
