It’s an exciting time to join our friendly team. We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant, a key position supporting the work of the Executive team.

Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant is a key position reporting to the Executive Director (Joint CEO), responsible for supporting the work of the executive team by providing exceptional administrative and organisational assistance and playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth flow of communication across the organisation. The role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of Pegasus’s business planning in order to achieve our artistic ambitions and business objectives.

Key Objectives:
• Provide exceptional administrative support for the Board and Executive and facilitate the delivery of Pegasus’s artistic programme and business objectives.
• Provide the necessary facilities and working environment to support the delivery of activity by the staff team.
• Maintain knowledge and communicate information effectively and appropriately within the organisation and externally.
• Champion the voice and activity of our work with children and young people, raising the profile of Pegasus locally regionally and nationally.

Employment Terms
Remuneration: £19,000-£21,000 pa pro rata (starting salary dependant on experience)

Hours: 25-30 hours a week

Annual Leave 25 days holiday plus 8 designated bank holidays per annum (pro rata)

Pension A workplace pension scheme is operated by Pegasus Theatre Trust through NEST with an employer contribution of 3% and an employee contribution of 1%
