The Mill Arts Centre is a small multi-art form venue with big ambitions. It is central to and the focus of cultural life in Banbury. We provide a varied, high quality artistic programme to inspire, encourage learning and creativity, engage and entertain our audiences.

In 2018 we launch exciting new audience development and programming project., From Banbury to Bicester, with the support of Arts Council England.

A new role for a Project Co-ordinator has been created, to lead on the day to day co-ordination and delivery of the project.

The successful candidate should have a strong track record of managing and developing community arts events and projects and be committed to developing new audiences for the arts. They will have an understanding of the communities of Bicester and beyond and be committed to developing relationships with individuals and groups within this area.
