As a member of the Executive team the General Manager will lead on the smooth running and effective day to day operation of the organisation with overall responsibility for the audience experience, trading activity and personnel management.
You will have lots of creative ideas to maximise the organisation’s unique offer as well as the ability to lead and motivate the team who will put these into practice. Reports to: Co-Director
Responsible for: Sales & Audience Experience Manager, Kitchen & Bar Manager and Finance & Administration Manager
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
Salary: not less than £30,000 p.a.
Holiday entitlement: 20 days per annum, rising by one day per year to a maximum of 25 days
