The Oxford Imps are a fun loving improvised comedy troupe that is made up of a mixture of locals and students. We perform every Monday night in term-time upstairs at the Wheatsheaf, do lots of extra and quite varied gigs around the city, and go on tour to the Edinburgh Fringe every year. We also tend to do one international tour per year (in the past these have been the USA, South Africa, France). We are looking for an Assistant Producer to help manage an annual ~£30k budget and the smooth running of weekly shows and the company as a whole. This is an unpaid position (as are all positions in the company) but one that comes with a lot of perks! We are a very friendly welcoming company and have lovely socials every term!

Responsibilities (shared with the producer)
- Working with the Producer and Director
- Responding to enquiry emails
- Booking and organising gigs and workshops
- Front of house for shows of term (every Monday of Oxford term (8 shows a term))
- managing accounts and producing budgets and financial reports

Who we are looking for
- an enthusiastic individual
- (some) experience of financial planning
- comfortable interacting with members of the public
- good email and administration skills
