Since its founding over 40 years ago, The Theatre has built a successful reputation for the quality of its programme, its outreach activities, and the originality of its own productions. It now stands as a strikingly unusual and well-loved example of a theatre punching above its weight creatively, engaging with its local community in a huge variety of ways, and growing into an exciting future.

The Theatre is now seeking a number of new voluntary Trustees to join the charity’s Council of Management and help take it forward into the next 40 years. We value and are actively looking to increase, the diversity of our Council of Management. Applications are welcome across a range of skills however we are particularly looking for those involved with:
