Corn Exchange and New Greenham Arts are looking for someone to join their front of house supervisory team over their annual Christmas pantomime, Cinderella.

This role is part of the Front of House Supervisor team that works closely with the Front of House Manager, supporting the delivery of a high quality audience experience. They work collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of all the Trust’s front of house activities; including the box office, the bars, as well as managing the audiences for live performances, films and events with support from our volunteer steward team. This role has been specifically designed to support the Trust in delivering a highly successful pantomime season where we expect to welcome over 22,500 people throughout December.

You should be a natural host who enjoys working in a fast pace environment and can lead and support a team to deliver a high quality experience. With 64 performances of pantomime in addition to 3 or 4 film screenings a day, the Corn Exchange is a hive of activity throughout winter and we are proud to be able to welcome thousands of people each year.

This is a fixed term contract until 1 February, but there is a possibility that the role could be made permanent if the successful candidate exceeds in the role.
