The Corn Exchange & New Greenham Arts, Newbury, are currently seeking a creative professional with experience of working as a drama practitioner and facilitator to plan and deliver a dynamic programme of drama projects for and with young people aged 4 - 18 in schools and community settings.

The person filling this role will be the lead contact for the organisation on schools participatory projects and will maintain the delivery of current regular schools offers and workshops as well as devising new projects that enhance creative learning in schools and support teachers to deliver high quality arts provision. Our education officer will also be the creative lead on our youth drama programme and deliver a range of other creative activities for young people.

This is an exciting role including both substantial project management and creative projects ideal for someone looking to make a significant contribution to the education of young people.

Because of its connection to creative project delivery this role will generally work a Tuesday to Saturday working week and will include some evening delivery.
