Fusion Arts is seeking a Deputy Director to help develop this well-established community arts organisation.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operational delivery of projects, and supporting the planning and development of Fusion’s artistic programme to meet the needs of local communities. You will work with a small team, and liaise and network with artists, cultural organisations, diverse communities and strategic partners.
