Katy Beinart is an interdisciplinary artist whose work examines themes of history, identity and place. Her practice is research based and site-specific, often evolving through a participatory process. She trained as an architect, and is interested in both the built and natural environment, and the places where they meet.
Katy is also an experienced educator and has worked with schools, galleries and youth clubs on projects ranging from model-making and film-making to sculpture and installation.
