Eynsham Choral Society (ECS) is a community choir. It was founded in 1980 by a small group who wanted to improve their singing technique and perform locally. The choir now has a membership of about 100.

We welcome anyone who enjoys singing. The choir has a 'no auditions' policy, and members range from accomplished amateur singers who can take on solo roles, to beginners who sometimes cannot read music.

ECS provides a warm and creative atmosphere in which members can learn and perform a variety of great choral music. We welcome people of all ages and are particularly keen to attract younger members. Choir members come from all over Oxfordshire.

We employ professional or semi-professional vocal soloists and orchestral musicians for our concerts, which regularly receive good reviews in the local press.
