Singing and instrumental workshops in community settings. For most of human history, singing and group music-making has been a normal and enriching part of everyday life, rather than a specialised activity for an elite few. I enjoy re-connecting people to the pleasure of singing and making music in a group. I have over 15 years' experience of running workshops and courses in a range of contexts, including services for people with mental health needs, older people, refugees and asylum-seekers, as well as workplaces, adult education and drop-in groups open to anyone. I co-lead a community choir called "Joined up Singing" with Liz Hodgson. I'm available to run singing and/or instrumental workshops using my own collection of percussion and other simple instruments. I'm a member of the Natural Voice Practitioners Network.
