Get Fitter, Stronger and Happier through Dance - Come and try our fun, sociable and creative dance classes. We do an hour of dancing followed by tea/coffee and social time together.

Silver Shakers is now part of the Dance for Life classes run by Dance Creative.

Silver Shakers is an inclusive group of men and women (aged 50+) who enjoy coming together to dance, socialize, and have fun. Each week there is a dance session for an hour and then time for a cup of tea and a catch up. The dance sessions are designed for people of all physical abilities and are fun, creative and good for your health. All exercises can be done seated or standing and can be taken at your own pace.

Silver Shakers is a very relaxed and friendly group that are keen to welcome newcomers. So why not come and join us.

Your first class is FREE. Term runs from Mon 13 April until Mon 29 June (no class on 4 or 25 May bank holidays). We also have an online class for those who cannot get to a live class, this is on Mondays 2pm-3pm details are on the website.
