Explore the power of words to sow seeds of change in this bilingual poetry workshop, responding to the themes of climate change, land justice, and indigenous resilience showcased in the Hear the Seeds Sing exhibition at Fusion Arts.

Led by acclaimed poet Khairani Barokka, participants will delve into creative expression, whether in Bahasa Indonesia or English(meaning bilingual writers and English-only writers are both welcome), crafting verses in response to environmental challenges and indigenous responses to environmental damage and food security. Join us to cultivate a poetic dialogue that transcends borders and nurtures awareness of our interconnectedness with the land.

Khairani Barokka will also be available to sign books after the workshop

Friday 14th June, 6-8pm (with comfort breaks every 25 minutes), Fusion Arts, Gloucester Green, Oxford
