The LGBTQ+ community has always seen the importance of preserving it’s history, but this has often had to be done in secret, passed on discreetly or destroyed. This LGBTQ+ pride month join Alex to discover and reflect on your personal queer history in context of wider LGBTQ+ history. We will look at how other queer archives work and explore a variety of ways, including written and visual to record our history. Any gender and sexuality is welcome, you might have a long queer history or be new to considering yourself queer. No matter how long or short your history is you have moments worth celebrating.
