The next Oxfordshire Local History Association (OLHA) study day will be in Chipping Norton on Saturday 18 May 2024 on the subject of 'Oxfordshire protests!' Contributors to the day will explore how, from the Prayer Book Rebellion of 1549, via the Otmoor Riots, to demonstrations in Chipping Norton following a death in police custody, the people of Oxfordshire have never been slow to protest against change or injustice.
