Trees are essential for human well-being. They give us links between past, present and future, as well as between people and places, and are home to numerous life forms. What can we learn from communities of trees to nurture a flourishing future?

With Professor of Ecosystem Science Yadvinder Malhi, Professor of English Language and Literature and Academic Lead of the Environmental Humanities Programme at TORCH, Fiona Stafford, Wytham Woods’ writer in residence 2023/24 Penny Boxall, and Helen Meech, Executive Director of the Climate Coalition and People’s Plan for Nature lead.
