'Can't See For Looking' is a new play by local playwright, Carolyn Lloyd Davies. Preview at the Old Fire Station, Oxford on Sept 28th, 29th and 30th before transferring to London on Anti-Slavery Day Oct 18th. Q&A with cast, playwright and director on Friday Sept 29th.
A play of hope over despair, inspired by the true stories of five young women rescued in the UK from the most hidden form of slavery - domestic servitude. But having been rescued, Rosa finds herself trapped once more in the Home Office Immigration system. Her love of Karaoke singing and her strong faith, sustain her through her darkest days.
