Get Fitter, Stronger and Happier through Dance - Come and try our fun, sociable and creative dance classes. We do an hour of dancing followed by chat and social time together online via zoom.

We support older people to take part in creative dance and exercise that will increase their strength and mobility as well as boost well-being and counteract loneliness. Those who come to the group feel these benefits and value what we offer as a safe, social and fun way to keep fit in a group. We support our members recovering from illness or injury and everyone can work at their own pace according to their ability.
