We are celebrating the Great Big Green Week at the Oxfordshire Museum!
For the first time, the Oxfordshire Museum is joining the ‘Great Big Green Week’. Visit and enjoy new trails, colouring sheets and the mini environmental fair with contributions from organisations across the county. We also have free activities, no booking required:

Sat 24th September, 2-4pm
Green Man sculptures
A clay sculpture workshop inspired by the mythical Green Man, an ancient figure representing nature and growth. Join this free workshop and take home your own version of the Green Man.

Tue 27th September, 2-4.30pm
Bug Boxes
Insects are an incredibly important part of any ecosystem, but they are in decline in the UK. Make a bug house from recycled materials and help Oxfordshire’s bug population grow.

Thurs 29th September 2pm
Story time
Sit back and enjoy some storytelling with the library as they explore tales inspired by animals and nature.

Sat 1st October, 2-4pm
