The Angry Garden film competition runs over the summer. At the presentation evening, we will show the six short-listed films and announce the winner of the £500 prize. With a short talk from Michael Stimpson, the composer of The Angry Garden, talking about his inspiration for the piece.

About the competition
The Angry Garden Film Competition is open to all entrants to make a short film (between 1 and 15 minutes) about the climate emergency. The only requirement is that all films feature in some way music from The Angry Garden by Michael Stimpson. See www.michaelstimpson.co.uk for details of the competition.

The Angry Garden for choir and orchestra was first performed in 2002 and recorded in 2019 by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the City of London Choir, conducted by Hilary Davan Wetton.
