In 1898, Swiss artist Félix Vallotton exposed the private lives of the aristocracy in a series of ten woodcuttings: ‘Intimités’. Now, artist/writer duo, Paul Majek and Sam Spencer, present ‘Intimacies, after Vallotton’.

Paper Moon Theatre invite you to spend time in the hazy, blue world of Vallotton’s lovers, reimagined and brought to life for the first time in the Old Fire Station’s gallery.

Here, you will witness the fusion of art and theatre, choosing which paintings to listen into in parallel with Majek’s cobalt canvases. In this tumultuous world of romance, miscommunication, and many shades of blue, you too can lose yourself within this innovative artistic-dramatic dialogue, presented by Paper Moon Theatre.
