Screen-printing is a very flexible and capable medium.
It caters for drawn, painted and photo-based images.
This course will cover how to prepare ‘positive’ images for screen with: ‘mark resist’ drafting film for drawn images, and or photocopied images on acetates (for text and photographs).
Printing is water based.
Students will be able to produce a small edition.

This course enables students to become probationary members of the workshop to access facilities, with view to becoming a permanent member.
Catriona Brodribb has a background in printmaking having trained at the Ruskin School of Drawing and Wimbledon School of Art.
She has experience as a technician and a tutor at both Oxford Printmakers’ and Banbury and Bicester College (formerly Oxford & Cherwell Valley College) as well as providing 1:1 tuition.
