A Christmas Carol: The Haunted Service

This year, Goblin & Cornerstone Arts Centre were planning to present a new musical version of A Christmas Carol. Sadly, due to the pandemic, we were unable to do this as planned. We are instead developing the show into an audio production, which will be released as a podcast just in time for Christmas!

Alongside 5 professional actor-musicians, the recording will also feature a young company from the local community.

A Christmas Carol: The Haunted Service by Charles Dickens, adapted by Matt Borgatti, Will Dollard & Mary Erskine.

Join us for a carol service with a difference. It’s midnight on Christmas Eve, a time where the Ghosts and Ghouls of Christmas come out to play. A haunted choir tell the story of Ebenezer Scrooge. We visit the past, present & future to see if three ghosts can change Scrooge’s ways.

Cast: Victoria Boyce, Matt Burns, Rob Gathercole, Mia Jerome & Miriam Wakeling

The Podcast will be released on 19th December on The Goblin Podcast https://goblintheatre.co.uk/podcast
