Venue, Timing and Cost
Now entering its eighth year, starting Sept 2020, the Warehouse Art School (WAS) at ovada has limited places available for the next academic year (2020 - 21) for those wishing to further their professional practice within a peer group of artists and tutors.
The Warehouse Art School (WAS) aims to provide a stimulating environment where participants are encouraged to take risks in their work and are supported in their continuing professional development through a programme of critical and practical exchanges, delivered through projects, workshops, collaboration, networking etc. Talks by a broad range of professional artists also form an integral part of the course together with exhibition visits and trips to a major UK city and European capital.
Uniquely, members will benefit from working within the setting of a dynamic contemporary arts organisation (ovada) with a full and varied programme of exhibitions, installations, talks and events.
The year culminates in an exhibition at ovada for the cohort of artists.
