SciPo is an annual meeting of scientists and poets to explore the creative common ground between poetry and science. It was founded by Jenny Lewis and Sarah Watkinson and is supported by St Hilda’s College.

‘Plants, Brain and the Imagination’ at the Botanic Garden and St Hilda's is a special event of the 2019 TORCH SciPo Network. It is organised by poets, Dr Elsa Hammond, Lecturer in English at St Hilda’s College, and Dr Sarah Watkinson, Emeritus Fellow in Biological Sciences at St Hilda’s College. The event is supported by The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities Oxford Botanic Garden and St Hilda’s College.

The Plants and Poetry talk and workshop at the Botanic Garden and St Hilda’s College is a free public event, with 15 places available. Booking is essential.
