Join us for our next ‘In Conversation with…’ panel discussion. As part of our ongoing series of informal weekday morning talks, we invite professionals working in the creative industries to talk about their projects and contemporary practices. The series provides insights into specific cross-disciplinary areas including Publishing, Education, Design, Science, Healthcare, Art History and Curation.

The topic of discussion for this talk is about the OVADA Professional Development Art Award that a jury awards to an Oxfordshire based emerging artist every other year. Our fantastic panellists include: Sarah Mossop – Visual Arts Programme Manager at Arts at the Old Fire Station, OVADA’s Director Lucy Phillips and Artist John Blythe, the discussion will be moderated by Art Writer Romina Provenzi. You will hear from our panellists about how the award supports the initial phases of a regional-based emerging artist’s career.
