The B4 September 13th masterclass presenter, sculptor Matt Smart, will demonstrate some of his sculptures, and will outline how public arts funding, like Section 106, could boost business and tourism if used creatively with a Fringe Festival plan.
Matt has appeared in the BBC recently with his public seating design in London, and at the Midlands' biggest arts festival of 240 artists and 45,500 visitors, where he headed the landscape sculpture.
