An exhibition of outdoor sculptures which are not all in stone or metal. There is a diversity of materials and techniques in the exhibited works. The theme of the show includes the use of recycled or re-purposed materials, which is why Matt Smart was invited to participate in the exhibition.

Opening event with the artists, drinks and nibbles in bowls: Saturday 5th October, 2-4pm.

The exhibition includes Crisis artists who have experienced homelessness, have created sculptures using recycled and found items during art workshops led by artists Jodie Lamb and Lucy Proctor, at Crisis Skylight Oxford. They have experimented with a range of materials to explore the theme of reinvention, both personally and in the natural world. The work has been created collaboratively but explores each artist’s unique perspective.

Turrill Sculpture Garden is in Summertown, Oxford.
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people, providing vital help, and campaigning, so that people can rebuild their lives and are supported out of homelessness for good.
