The Chrysalids adapted by David Harrower from the novel by John Wyndham is a powerful sci-fi story set in a post-apocalyptic world; a place divided into ‘perfect’ humans and ‘mutants’ on the fringes of society.

In a place of absolute conformity, a group of young people are growing up in fear, hoping that nobody will ever know of their unique powers. Governed by the laws of purity will their differences be accepted, or will they be shunned forever?
