An exciting half of two exhibitions, this smaller show put on by Oxford Printmakers responds to a major seven month long exhibition "First Animals" hosted by Oxford University Museum of Natural History which opens on July 12th.

Twenty two members of Oxford Printmakers have teamed up with museum researchers to provide an interesting and unusual body of work, fossils from over 500 million years ago, and recently brought in from China, have provided most of the source material.

The printmakers will have work on show at the Museum too; "First Impressions", (12th July 2019 - 24th February 2020) is the name of the 'trail' that leads you around their prints displayed in the museum, as part of the much bigger exhibition.
