This event is part of the Oxford Lieder Spring Weekend of Song.
Two world-renowned artists explore the towering influence of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe in song, taking us on a musical journey through the life and work of this great poet and polymath. Graham Johnson will give spoken introductions between groups of songs in what promises to be an astonishing and enlightening evening of music and poetry.
