Four extraordinary days of Sound Art and Experimental Music events across Oxford.

Launch: 14 March, 6pm, OVADA

audiograft 2019 bursts with the sounds of decay, animated flows of energy, the insides of synthesizers, percussive swarths of wheeled luggage, immersive narratives in a brutalist car park, vibraphones, field recordings, Brexit- related dreams, microcomputers, echoes, loops, explosions and wayward percussions.

The exhibition at OVADA features Luke Fowler’s tribute to the work of Martin Bartlett, a proudly gay Canadian composer who during the 1970s and 1980s pioneered the use of the ‘microcomputer’.
audiograft 2019 proudly features the international sonic mavericks Olivia Block, Sarah Hennies and Sonic Luz on the 16th, and their beautiful chaos of oscillators, vibraphones and optosonic synthesisers.
