Venue, Timing and Cost
National and regional artists have donated original work to this major fund-raising event.
Launch Party on Saturday 9 March 12 noon to 2pm, including wine & soft drinks (free). Everyone will have the opportunity to view the work, make advanced bids for Auction items, purchase tickets for the Prize Draw and tickets for the final day.
The Prize Draw & Auction will take place on Saturday 30 March 12.30 to 3pm. Tickets for this are £5 each, including wine/soft drinks & finger buffet.
Tickets for the Prize Draw are £40 each and guarantee the holder of a ticket an original piece of artwork. Each piece of work will be displayed in the same style of frame (200 mm square). If you purchase a ticket (or two) your completed details will go into a box and be drawn at random at the final event on
30 March. If you are unable to attend on that day your winning artwork will be kept safe and you will be notified about how to collect it.
Work from the artists for the Auction includes paintings, original prints, photographs, textile, mixed media and sculpture, which will be displayed at the exhibition and can be viewed on-line at https://auctions.jsfineart.co.uk/auctions.
